I teach hatha yoga and enjoy working with beginner an intermediate students. In my classes, my goal is to constantly remind students of what yoga really is: the connection with the light in their hearts. My yoga classes include the typical elements of the Anusara tradition - inspiring heart themes based on tantric philosophy and with an emphasis on the balance between stability and freedom in asana practice.
